Appartamento al primo piano di 42m² composto da un grande salotto vivibile con letto matrimoniale, un divano-letto ed un´area da pranzo. Inoltre, è presente una cucina separata, un bagno ed un balcone con una vista panoramica ed esposizione a Sud.

L´appartamento offre una TV Satellitare ed un collegamento Internet Wi-Fi; la cucina è dotata di piano cottura in vetroceramica, macchina del caffè e bollitore; la camera da letto offre biancheria e nel bagno è presente una  vasca/doccia, phon e asciugamani. Su richiesta è possibile mettere una culla.
